Order Return: |

you are not fully satisfied with the design or quality of our item
ordered with a genuine reason of return,
please return it at your own cost in unused condition in the same packing manner you
received it within 8 days of purchase for a full
refund.
Refund will be applied
only after we receive the returned item at your own shipping charge. |

Order Return without
any reason: |
After you receive the
exact item that you have ordered and want to return it without a
genuine reason then Shipping Charge plus 5% of the total
amount will be deducted and rest amount will be refunded. Please return it at your own cost in unused condition in the same packing manner you
received it within 8 days of purchase. |

Order Damaged on transit: |
We give special attention in packing and
handling before shipping the order. The postal service personals too,
take special care of packages. However, due to some reason if the item is
damaged on the transit, we will replace the item with no extra charge
upon receipt of the damaged item at your own shipping charge.

Order not received or lost on the
transit: |
In some rare case the
order may get delayed, misplaced or lost by Postal Department which is
entirely beyond our control.
In such a case if order is not delivered within 3 weeks you may inform
us and we will replace the order with no extra charge only
after 45 days from the date the order is despatched.

Karat Difference: |
We assure you that our items have the
correct karat of gold or silver as stamped on it. However, if you have
a proof or certified from a recognized institute that the item has
less karat, we will replace it with
no extra charge.

Incorrect Item Shipped: |
After the receipt of the order you think
you have ordered a different item than it has been shipped to you, if
you have a print out of Order Receipt as a proof for the correct order, we will replace
the order with no
extra charge.

Lifetime Warranty for
Jewellery: |
We certify that our jewellery is free
from problems caused by defects in materials or manufacturing for
the lifetime of the piece of jewellery. If defective, SkyGift
Worldwide is entire liable, and will replace or repair the piece at
no extra charge. Whether the item will be replaced or repaired is
our decision. This warranty does not apply to damage or
breakage resulting from misuse or abuse, accidents, neglect,
mishandling or wear resulting from normal use. We ship all our items with a good shiny
finish. If the gold or silver jewellery is not worn with
care it loses its luster in course of time. The luster become dull
in contact with oil, cosmetics, chemicals, etc. We are not responsible
for the items losing its luster due to these reasons.
